Terms and Conditions

Welcome to sauna4u.co.uk. By booking a rental with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or by direct contact.

  • A full payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • We accept online payments via bank or PayPal, an invoice will be send to you email.

  • Booking is not confirmed until payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations 7 days or more before the rental date: full refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: no refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

3. Rental Periods

  • Rental periods are available as Day, Weekend, or Full Week packages. Custom options are also available

  • Delivery and collection times will be arranged with you upon confirmation.

  • You are responsible for the sauna from the time of delivery until it is collected.

4. Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery is included within a 15-mile radius of Bridgwater.

  • Additional travel fees apply beyond this distance (£1 per mile, round trip).

  • You must provide safe and level access for trailer delivery and setup.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the safe and respectful use of the sauna.

  • Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

  • Do not move or attempt to modify the sauna or stove.

6. Safety & Liability

  • Use the sauna at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from misuse.

  • You must read and follow the safety instructions provided at the time of delivery.

  • Any damage to the sauna or accessories caused by negligence will be charged to the customer.

7. Weather Policy

  • Our saunas are suitable for use in all weather conditions provided that we can safely deliver.

  • In extreme weather where delivery is unsafe (e.g., storms, flooding), we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.

8. Photos & Reviews

  • With your consent, we may use photos or reviews from your rental experience for marketing purposes.

  • You may request at any time for your images or personal information to be removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
